Location: Remote, Flexible Work Opportunity (Approximately 30 hours per week)

Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic thought partner to join our team as a Project Manager and Recruitment Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Working closely with the Managing Partner and Managing Director, the successful candidate plays a pivotal role in managing the organization and executing search projects to successful completion as well as directing research and outreach efforts to generate quality candidates. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Strategic Planning and Execution: 
  • Provide analytical and administrative oversight for short and long-term strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives, services, and technologies

Research and Outreach Management: 
  • Direct, manage, and monitor research and outreach associates to ensure the generation of a sufficient number of high-quality applicants 

Project Management: 
  • Manage multiple search projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Develop search support materials, including timelines, advertising recommendations and quotes, and evaluation and screening tools
  • Create and maintain reports in applicant tracking software and Excel, providing insights into search statistics and recruiting efforts 

Team Collaboration: 
  • Attend weekly management meetings with Managing Partner and Managing Director 
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner, search associates, and other team members to achieve project goals
  • Serve as technical liaison for the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications: 
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills 
  • Strong technical skills and highly proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite
  • Self-directed, proactive learner with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • A highly collaborative team member  
  • Strategic thinker focused on continuous improvement   
  • A passion for developing innovative solutions to drive business success  
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to process implementation
  • Deadline-focused with the willingness to follow up to achieve goals on time 
  • Adaptable with ability to pivot and multitask to accommodate changing priorities 

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Prior recruiting experience 
  • Familiarity with the higher education sector 

Additional Requirements: 
  • Reliable and secure equipment, including computer, internet, and phone
